On Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010 Lincoln crews handled two calls.  Around 5:30am, Station 184 was alerted for a water condition inside the residence in the 4400 block of Liberty Way.  A water line broke inside the residence and caused water damage on the first floor.  Engine 184 responded and assisted with water removal using brooms and shop vacs.

Later in the evening, police requested our department for tree removal of a tree that blocked both lanes of Harrison Road.  Engine 184 responded with a full crew and cut the tree up and cleaned up the debris.

On May 22nd, 2010, our department took part in a training session held at the Copperweld complex on Allegheny Square in Glassport.  Glassport and Allegheny County officials setup multiple training scenarios simulating haz mat and rescue situations.  The training was also a great chance for the neighboring departments to familiarize themselves with the complex itself, in case any incident would occur there in the future.  Many local departments were there and took part in the training.
